Casper Douglas Capital (CDC) is a private property company currently undertaking a variety of commercial & residential developments and renovations within the UK and Poland.

CDC was formed in 2001. Since then, we have invested directly or co-invested in a variety of income producing and development projects.

CDC are currently actively acquiring:

• Residential renovation projects within Central & South-West London, Kent, Sussex and Surrey.
  

• Well situated mixed use buildings, (especially retail), vacant or let, within central & South-West London and market towns throughout the UK.
