Casper Douglas Capital is a private property company currently undertaking a variety of commercial & residential developments and renovations in the UK and Poland.

Casper Douglas Capital was formed in 2001. Since then, it has invested directly or co-invested in income producing properties and real estate development projects amounting to over €100 million.

CDC are currently actively acquiring:

  • Residential renovation projects within central & South-West London, Kent, Sussex and Surrey.
  • Well situated attractive mixed use buildings, (especially retail), vacant or let, within central & South-West London and market towns throughout the UK. Any lot size.
