Casper Douglas Capital is a private property company currently undertaking commercial & residential developments in the U.K, Poland and The West Indies.The Company has an extensive investment & development portfolio which includes projects in London, Windsor, Nottingham, North Yorkshire, Suffolk, Surrey, Wroclaw in Poland and The West Indies.

Casper Douglas Capital was formed in 2001. Since then, it has invested directly or co-invested in income producing properties and real estate development projects amounting to approximately €50 million.

Acquisitions have included multi-tenanted industrial buildings, commercial & mixed use investments, high street retail units and commercial & residential developments.
