Casper Douglas Capital's current requirements are identified below.

  • Residential renovation/development projects within central and South-West London, Sussex, Kent, Surrey and Hampshire.


  • Individual mixed use properties let or vacant within central and South-West London, market towns and other prime city locations.


Within the above parameters, we will also consider opportunities meeting the following criteria:

  • Commercial/Residential development sites, with or without planning permission.
  • Vacant retail/office/leisure properties in prime locations within Central London and other major UK cities/towns.
  • Country houses, farms/land with buildings within the South-East, principally within Surrey, Sussex and Kent.
  • Mixed use portfolios.


Casper Douglas Capital will consider any property providing that it meets our current business strategy.
