- Individual mixed use properties let or vacant within central and South-West London, market towns and other prime city locations.
Within the above parameters, we will also consider opportunities meeting the following criteria:
- Commercial/Residential development sites, with or without planning permission.
- Vacant retail/office/leisure properties in prime locations within Central London and other major UK cities/towns.
- Country houses, farms/land with buildings within the South-East, principally within Surrey, Sussex and Kent.
- Mixed use portfolios.
