• Portfolio purchases; Retail, office, industrial & residential.
• Individual mixed use properties let or vacant in market towns and good city locations.
• Commercial/Residential development sites, with or without planning permission.
• Hotel - sites or existing buildings to provide a new hotel of 50,000-75,000 sq ft. Five sites required.
• Vacant A1 retail properties in prime locations within Central London and other major UK cities.

Casper Douglas Capital will purchase properties of any value providing that they meet the existing development strategy. Currently, CDC are targeting mixed use properties of between £500,000 and £10m as well as mixed use portfolios with a value up to £20m.
