Residential renovation/development projects within central and South-West London, Sussex, Kent, Surrey and Hampshire.
Individual mixed use properties let or vacant within central and South-West London, market towns and other prime city locations.

Within the above parameters, we will also consider opportunities meeting the following criteria:
Vacant retail/office/leisure properties in prime locations within Central London and other major UK cities/towns.
Commercial/Residential development sites, with or without planning permission.
Country houses, farms/land with buildings within the South-East, principally within Surrey, Sussex and Kent.
Mixed use portfolios.
