Casper Douglas Capital are actively seeking to acquire new projects in the UK meeting the following criteria.

  • Portfolio purchases; Retail, office, industrial & residential.
  • Individual mixed use properties let or vacant in market towns and good city locations.
  • Commercial/Residential development sites, with or without planning permission.
  • Hotel - sites or existing buildings to provide a new hotel of 50,000-75,000 sq ft. Five sites required.
  • Vacant A1 retail properties in prime locations within Central London and other major UK cities/towns.
  • Farms/land with buildings in the South-East.


Casper Douglas Capital will purchase properties of any value providing that they meet the existing development strategy.

Currently, CDC are targeting mixed use properties of between £500,000 and £10m as well as mixed use portfolios with a value up to £20m.
