CDC have continued to trade actively during the last couple of years.

• CDC have sold their development site in Kingswood, having obtained planning for a 6,500 sq ft new house on a one acre plot.
• CDC have acquired the adjoining building to our existing site in Saxmundham Suffolk which is let to Barclays Bank.
• Through Solidarity Properties, CDC have acquired a significant interest in a mixed use development building in Wroclaw Poland. This is available to rent, currently in a "shell & core" condition. Wroclaw is the second largest financial district in Poland and houses one of the largest student populations in Europe.
• CDC are also involved in the acquisition of a prime beach site on Bequia in the West Indies. Planning has now been granted for 251,000 sq ft hotel and villa development.
• CDC are currently refurbishing the 1st & 2nd floors as office studios at Halesworth. Available to let, contact us on 020 3145 3672. We are exploring the possibility of residential use within this space to offer added flexibility.
• CDC are exploring the possibility of residential use of the upper floors at Market Hill, Framlingham. The space would provide a large maisonette and smaller 2 bedroom flat.
